MSL 402L1 - Company Grade Leadership [GELB] Study includes case study analysis of military law and practical exercises on establishing an ethical command climate. Students must complete a semester-long Senior Leadership Project that requires them to plan, organize, collaborate, analyze, demonstrate their leadership skills and additional physical fitness training. This course is designed to transition the student/cadet to service as a second lieutenant in the Army or for government service, i.e. U.S. Army history.

Prerequisite(s) MSL 101L1 , MSL 102L1 , MSL 201L1 , MSL 202L1 , MSL 301L1 , MSL 302L1 , and MSL 401L1 Class-Level Restriction Undergraduate standing
